  • Marc Biron

    Marc has over 20 years experience in the banking industry, specializing in risk management and finance. He is a master innovator and problem-solver committed to gathering, incubating and introducing transformative business ideas. Inventor of the Risk Reduction Mortgage, which will immensely help millions of homeowners, add stability to the housing finance system, and provided significant societal benefits globally. Marc earned an MBA degree from the University of New Hampshire and holds a BS in Biology from Tufts University.
  • David Margulies
    Director of Global Mortgage Operations

    Senior level mortgage banking executive with an exceptional record of building and leading top ranked regional and national banking and mortgage institutions. Extensive knowledge amassed over 30 years in all aspects of mortgage banking: strategic planning and implementation, sales leadership and management, capital markets and securitization, servicing, operational enhancements and efficiencies and corporate governance. With his strategic vision and deep understanding of the Community Bank and Credit Union culture, David has built and managed all aspects of mortgage lending in the retail, private label, wholesale, and correspondent channels within the financial institutions industry.
  • Monir Mamoun

    Monir is a seasoned technology veteran of over 20 different startups. He has held a variety of titles including founder, CTO, COO and senior engineer. Monir is responsible for Risk Reduction Mortgage Corp.’s customer-facing and internal technical services and guides overall systems development, as well as corporate operating processes. Monir graduated from Yale University with an MA in Economics and BA degrees in Economics and International Studies.
  • David Rabinek

    David is a financial services risk management executive with over 35 years experience directing the organizations responsible for the delivery of mission critical platforms to drive decision support and risk management for the world’s largest financial services organizations including Hedge Funds, Mortgage Enterprises and Credit Card Organizations. David spent 25 years at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, acting as Chief of Staff of Research Division (over 200 staff) among other roles. He has an MBA from American University and a BS in Computer Science from University of Maryland.
  • Patrick Gabrielli II
    Director of Capital Markets

    Mr. Gabrielli has a strong background in equity sales and trading, and a proven track record in the hedge fund community. He has recruited, managed, and trained employees, and he possesses outstanding analytical skills, acting both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. He also has raised over $300MM for several different start ups over the course of his careers and has had several recent exits in the healthcare, & fin-tech space. Mr. Gabrielli holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and an Bachelor of Arts in English from U.C. Berkeley, and studied Finance at the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School of Business).
  • Wally Dwyer
    Wally is an investor in RRMC and currently serves as President of Main Street Bank, a mutual savings bank with roughly $1 billion in assets. Wally received his BA in Economics from UNH, an MBA with a concentration in Finance from New Hampshire College, and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Co-Founder & Active Board Member / Patented Portfolio Diversification FinTech Past Decade / Former Chairman and CEO. He has an MBA in Finance from a Top 20 program and a BA in Economics, cum laude, with departmental distinction in Economics and Accounting.
  • John Barris
    Experienced senior risk manager and executive leader in the banking and finance industry with experience in large and small corporate banking organizations with assets ranging from $10B to $500B+. Built and implemented large-scale projects, establishing frameworks in enterprise risk, governance, compliance, reporting, operational risk, and model risk. Worked directly with Board members and senior executive leadership to influence, train, and lead strategic development across regulatory and risk required infrastructure. John has a BS in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from Cornell and MBA from University of South Carolina.
