Monir is a seasoned technology veteran of over 20 different startups. He has held a variety of titles including founder, CTO, COO and senior engineer. Monir is responsible for Risk Reduction Mortgage Corp.’s customer-facing and internal technical services and guides overall systems development, as well as corporate operating processes. Monir graduated from Yale University with an MA in Economics and BA degrees in Economics and International Studies.

Mr. Gabrielli has a strong background in equity sales and trading, and a proven track record in the hedge fund community. He has recruited, managed, and trained employees, and he possesses outstanding analytical skills, acting both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. He also has raised over $300MM for several different start ups over the course of his careers and has had several recent exits in the healthcare, & fin-tech space. Mr. Gabrielli holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and an Bachelor of Arts in English from U.C. Berkeley, and studied Finance at the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School of Business).

Mr. Dwyer currently serves as President of Main Street Bank, a mutual savings bank with roughly $1 billion in assets and 14 branches throughout central MA.  He was elected CEO of North Middlesex Savings Bank in Ayer, MA in 2012, and served in that role until 2017, when his company merged with Marlborough Savings Bank.  He started his career as a teller, but the bulk of his experience has been in Commercial Lending.  Mr. Dwyer received his BA in Economics from UNH, an MBA with a concentration in Finance from New Hampshire College, and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking.  He is active in numerous community and industry groups.
